Ambition Business Solutions is a growing digital marketing and consulting agency that helps service-based entrepreneurs grow through SEO, websites, automation, and strategic content. We’re looking for a full-time, remote Virtual Assistant (1099 contractor) who is tech-savvy, organized, and confident in managing marketing systems, content workflows, and day-to-day operations.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of tasks across web, automation, content, and admin support — while working during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
Job Description
We are scaling quickly — bringing on new clients, managing SEO retainers, and juggling multiple website builds. At the same time, we’re behind on updating our own site and internal systems. We’re hiring our first full-time VA to help us catch up, systemize, and scale with confidence.
As our Virtual Assistant, you’ll be involved in:
Supporting website updates and builds
Managing content workflows (social, blog, email)
Assisting with automation and CRM tasks
Creating SOPs and organizing business operations
Helping improve client delivery and internal efficiency
This role is ideal for someone who understands digital marketing, loves to bring order to chaos, and has experience supporting small business owners or creative entrepreneurs.
Responsibilities
Systems & Process Support
Set up and manage workflows, automations, and forms in GoHighLevel
Create and document SOPs for recurring tasks and systems
Support onboarding, proposals, and admin tasks via Moxie
Keep digital files and task boards organized (Google Drive, Trello, etc.)
Website & SEO Tasks
Update or maintain client websites on WordPress (Divi/Elementor), Wix, and Squarespace
Format and optimize blog posts and landing pages
Implement on-page SEO strategies (metadata, alt text, internal links, etc.)
Support with Google platforms like Search Console, GA4, and Tag Manager
Marketing & Content
Manage content calendars and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Create or repurpose content for reels, carousels, graphics, and email marketing
Support social caption writing, blog formatting, and scheduling
Assist with basic ad setup or monitoring (Meta Ads & Google Ads)
Qualifications
Required:
2+ years experience as a VA, marketing assistant, or similar role
Confident using:
GoHighLevel
WordPress (Divi/Elementor), Wix, Squarespace
Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), GTM
SEO tools like Yoast, RankMath, Ubersuggest
Canva, Google Drive, and task managers (Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
Strong experience with content workflows (social media, blogs, emails)
Fluent written and spoken English
Available to work during EST business hours
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-managed
Preferred:
Experience creating SOPs
Paid ad experience (Meta or Google Ads)
Familiarity with Moxie, Dubsado, or HoneyBook
Email marketing or list segmentation knowledge
