Who is behind Ambition Business Solutions?
Ambition Business Solutions was founded by Michelle England, Cincinnati born and Taylor Mill based. Before the agency, she spent over a decade in technical recruiting for Fortune 500 companies: as a technical recruiter at Amazon on the data and search infrastructure teams, as a technical gatekeeper for Disney through Robert Half Technology, and on global hiring at Verisk Analytics through major acquisitions.
Recruiting at that scale is search and marketing under another name. Every role was a product to sell. Michelle wrote job posts like landing pages, built audiences of qualified candidates, ran targeted email campaigns to reach them, and lived inside Boolean search, the same query logic search engines and AI tools use today. She then spent years on Google’s training in digital marketing, Analytics, Google Ads and SEO, and moved into AI search as soon as ChatGPT arrived.
