Why did My Personal Painter need a new website?
We built the first My Personal Painter website about a year ago, when Elementor first released its website kits. It worked for homeowners, but owner Larry Gaytos wanted to grow his commercial work: offices, schools, retail spaces and warehouses. The old site spoke mostly to homeowners and showed only a handful of jobs, so in 2026 we rebuilt it around the commercial side of the business while keeping the residential work front and center for homeowners.

A new home page and service pages that open with offices, schools, retail and warehouse work, plus every residential service.
Turned years of photos into 127 projects
We sorted his website, Google Drive and Facebook photos by the date each phone took them, so every before and after belongs to the right job.
Wrote every project page by hand
Each project page has its own description, step-by-step process, similar paint colors and questions, all based on what the photos show.
Linked the whole site together
Service and town pages show their own recent projects, and the home page photos link straight to the jobs they came from.
Kept every lead and stopped spam
Every form saves each submission and emails it, with a hidden spam trap that keeps bot messages out of the inbox.
Kept local search working
Directory listings, Google map pack keyword tracking, and Google Business Profile posts that also publish to Pinterest.
Built a referral partners page
A page for his BNI chapter partners, with a form for realtors, builders and property managers who want to send work his way.
What comes next for My Personal Painter?
The new site is live, and the local search work keeps running every month. Next, we are building My Personal Painter a business system of its own, the same way we support many of our clients after the website is done.
