What is missed-call text-back?
When you miss a call, Ambition OS automatically texts the caller back so they get a reply instead of calling the next business on the list. The conversation then continues in the same thread as the rest of their messages.
Can Ambition OS text my customers?
Yes. It handles two-way texting, reminders and missed-call text-back. Business texting has to be registered with the phone carriers before it can go live, and we take care of that registration for you. The registry behind it is The Campaign Registry.
Can I bring my current customer list?
Yes. Customer lists import from a spreadsheet, and we help move your records over during setup.
Is there a phone app?
Ambition OS runs in your phone’s browser and can be installed to your home screen like an app, and your crew gets a phone-friendly view of their jobs. There isn’t an App Store or Google Play app yet.
Does Ambition OS work with Stripe and QuickBooks?
Yes. Card payments run through Stripe, and bookkeeping and expenses export to QuickBooks. Cash and check payments are tracked too.
What is workflow automation, and can you automate my processes?
Workflow automation connects your tools so routine steps run on their own: routing new leads, sending follow-ups and reminders, syncing data and handing work between people. We map your process first, build it in Ambition OS or the tools you already use, such as Zapier or Make, test it with real data and document it. Projects are quoted per workflow, with optional monthly upkeep.
Do I own the automations you build?
Yes. Workflows built in tools on your own accounts are yours, and each one comes with plain-English documentation. You pay any tool and AI usage fees directly.
Can I keep my current CRM instead?
Yes. If you’d rather keep the tools you already use, we can connect your website forms to most major CRMs instead.
Is Ambition OS an alternative to Jobber or Housecall Pro?
Ambition OS covers the same core jobs as field service tools like Jobber and Housecall Pro, such as scheduling, quotes, invoicing and payments, and adds automated lead follow-up and marketing tools in the same login. Which fits best depends on your business, and we’ll walk you through it on a call.
