Before any SEO plan starts: a Google Business Profile with a verified location, the Data Aggregator Boost and at least 10 directory listings (25 recommended), unless your business already has them. Rebuilding an existing site: priced like a new site. We review what is and isn’t working on your current site, build the new one and redirect your old pages so your rankings carry over. Very large sites and online stores are quoted.
Online stores: Shopify or WooCommerce stores from $4,500, and monthly store SEO from $1,250. See e-commerce.
Payment plans: 25% down, then equal monthly payments. No interest for up to 6 months; an 8% plan fee for 7 to 12 months. A care plan is required while the payment plan runs.
Compliance: every site gets Termageddon legal pages and cookie consent, included in every care plan ($100 setup plus $119/year without one; we’re a Termageddon affiliate). Pricing questions
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Monthly plans start with a 3-month term, because the first 90 days hold the heavy setup work. After that you’re month to month and can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
What does the setup include?
Setup happens in your first month and is included in the plan price: a technical and AI-readability check, page titles and descriptions, schema, Google Business Profile optimization, and tracking so we can report real results. Your listings need to be in place before local SEO starts: the Data Aggregator Boost and at least 10 directory listings.
Do you guarantee rankings or AI mentions?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Google and AI tools make their own decisions. We do the work that makes you easier to find and recommend, and we report exactly what changes.
Can I pay for my website over time?
Yes. Put 25% down and spread the rest over up to 12 months. There’s no interest for up to 6 months and an 8% plan fee for 7 to 12 months. A care plan is required while the payment plan runs, and the site is yours once it’s paid in full.
Do you work on Wix or Squarespace sites?
For SEO, yes: we work on most platforms. Most new websites we build are WordPress, because it gives you the most control long term. We also build on Wix when that’s the platform your business runs on, and Shopify or WooCommerce for online stores.
Why are directory listings and Termageddon extra?
They’re paid services we pass through from our partners, so we price them separately. Listings are submitted to the top directories for your industry and city, and every SEO plan needs the Data Aggregator Boost and at least 10 listings in place first, unless your business already has them. Listings are priced on top of your monthly plan and can always be bought on their own. Termageddon is included in every care plan; without one it’s a $100 setup plus $119 a year.
