You’ll be the go-to person for bringing websites to life — from kickoff call to launch. You’ll collaborate directly with clients, manage timelines, and build stunning, SEO-optimized websites that convert.

Your day-to-day may include:

• Managing complete website projects from initial consultation through final delivery — you’ll own the process.
• Designing and building custom WordPress sites using DIVI (our primary platform — strong skills here are essential).
• Creating responsive, conversion-optimized designs on Wix, Squarespace, or Shopify when needed.
• Setting up Google Analytics, Search Console, and essential SEO elements (titles, metas, headers, schema, alt text, etc.).
• Joining client strategy calls (2–4 per week) to align on goals, design direction, and next steps.
• Using AI tools to streamline design and content creation while maintaining creativity and quality.
• Ensuring every website is fast, functional, and optimized for performance and visibility.

Communication (CRITICAL)

• Clear, fluent English in both written and verbal communication.

• Professional, client-facing demeanor — you’ll speak directly with U.S.-based clients.

• Confident managing client expectations and guiding them through the project lifecycle.

• Ability to send polished, professional emails and updates that build trust and clarity.

Technical Skills

• Expert in WordPress + DIVI Builder (this is 80% of our work).

• Working knowledge of Wix, Squarespace, and Shopify platforms.

• Strong understanding of SEO implementation, on-page structure, and basic HTML/CSS.

• Familiarity with Yoast, RankMath, WooCommerce, Contact Form 7, and speed optimization tools.

• Awareness of Core Web Vitals and modern web best practices.

🕓 Schedule & Availability

• Flexible schedule with up to 40 hours per week available.
