We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and tech-comfortable Virtual Assistant to support a mix of client work and internal projects across marketing, websites, systems, CRM tasks, and digital operations.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working remotely. The Virtual Assistant will help with content updates, website edits, SEO support, social media assistance, CRM organization, task management, and workflow documentation.

This role requires someone who communicates clearly in English, pays close attention to detail, can work independently, and is willing to learn new tools and processes quickly.

You do not need to know every tool or every task listed below to apply. However, you should be teachable, resourceful, and comfortable learning through feedback, tutorials, help docs, AI tools, and self-guided research.

Most Important Qualifications

We are especially looking for someone who is:

  • Strong in written and verbal English communication

  • Highly detail-oriented and able to follow instructions carefully

  • Teachable, coachable, and willing to learn

  • Able to work independently without constant supervision

  • Resourceful enough to look up answers, use help docs, watch tutorials, or self-teach through YouTube and other learning resources

  • Comfortable using AI tools to support productivity, writing, research, organization, and efficiency

  • Professional, reliable, and organized in a remote setting

  • Available for at least part of the workday during EST business hours

  • Able to provide a portfolio link or work samples

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Support

  • Assist with content formatting, publishing, and updates for websites and blogs

  • Support social media scheduling and content organization

  • Help repurpose content for blog posts, email campaigns, captions, and marketing materials

  • Create or edit simple branded graphics in Canva or similar tools

  • Upload and organize content across digital platforms

Website & SEO Support

  • Make edits to website pages, blogs, landing pages, and service pages

  • Add and optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and image alt text

  • Support keyword research and basic on-page SEO tasks

  • Format blog content for readability and SEO

  • Help maintain website content accuracy and consistency

Systems, CRM & Operations Support

  • Support task management and workflows in Moxie

  • Assist with CRM updates, lead tracking, forms, pipelines, follow-up systems, and backend organization in GoHighLevel

  • Organize digital files, internal documents, and client assets

  • Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, and workflow documentation

  • Assist with automation setup and process organization as needed

Communication & Project Coordination

  • Provide regular updates on assigned tasks and project progress

  • Communicate clearly about delays, roadblocks, or questions

  • Manage deadlines and shifting priorities professionally

  • Follow instructions while also taking initiative when appropriate

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is a plus, but not all are required:

  • GoHighLevel

  • Moxie

  • WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, or Elementor

  • Canva or similar design tools

  • SEO support tasks such as metadata, internal linking, blog formatting, and keyword research

  • CRM systems and client communication tools

  • Social media scheduling platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, or GoHighLevel

  • Automation tools such as Zapier or Make

  • SOP creation and workflow documentation in Google Docs, Notion, ClickUp, Loom, or similar tools

Schedule & Availability

  • Remote position

  • Part-time or full-time depending on fit and availability

  • Must have some overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours

Compensation

  • Paid hourly as a 1099 contractor

  • Compensation will depend on experience, skill level, and ability to work independently

  • Applicants must provide their desired hourly rate in USD
