What is a website care plan?
A website care plan is one monthly plan that covers everything a live website needs to stay fast, secure and working: hosting, software updates, daily backups, security and uptime monitoring, legal pages, and a set number of hours for edits each month.
Your site runs on our agency hosting through Hostinger, so one team is responsible for the server and the site. If something breaks, you send one message instead of chasing a host, a developer and a plugin company.

Are legal pages included?
Yes. Every care plan includes Termageddon privacy policy, terms and cookie consent pages that update automatically. Without a care plan, legal pages are a $100 setup plus $119 a year.
What happens if my site goes down or gets hacked?
We’re alerted by monitoring, fix the problem and restore from the daily backup if needed. Business and AI-Ready Care get same-day replies when a site is down.
Do you maintain websites you didn’t build?
Yes, for WordPress sites. We check the site first and tell you about anything that needs fixing before the plan starts.
What counts as an edit?
Text and photo changes, small layout tweaks, new blog posts you supply and similar updates. Bigger projects, such as new pages or a redesign, are quoted separately. New pages are $300 each.
Is a care plan required?
Only while you’re paying for a website on a payment plan. Otherwise it’s your choice, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once your website is paid in full it’s yours, whether or not you keep a care plan.
