Google Workspace, explained
What does Google Workspace setup include?
Google Workspace setup includes six things: business email on your own domain, moving your existing mail, contacts and calendars across, security settings and 2-step verification, shared drives the business owns, shared calendars and video meetings, and training for your team.
We also set the domain records that keep your email out of spam, check that everything arrived before switching anything, and hand the admin account to you so you’re never locked out of your own email.
Who is Google Workspace setup for?
Small teams that have outgrown free or personal email.
Businesses on free or personal email
Teams sharing files as attachments
Owners worried about one person holding the passwords
When is it probably not a fit?
We set it up and hand it over.
You already have an in-house IT team
You need day-to-day help desk support
You need a dedicated compliance IT provider

Why it matters
Why does business email on your own domain matter?
It makes you look established, and it keeps the business’s email and files with the business instead of one person.

Professional email on your domain
A quote from you@yourbusiness.com earns more trust than one from a free Gmail address.
Files the business owns
Shared drives keep company files with the company, so nothing disappears when someone leaves.
Security and 2-step sign-in
Two-step verification, recovery options and admin roles, so a lost phone doesn’t lock you out.
Shared calendars and meetings
Calendars your team can see and meeting links that work from a phone, with nothing to install.
What’s included
What’s included in Google Workspace setup?

Frequently asked questions about Google Workspace setup
How much does Google Workspace setup cost?
Setup starts at $350 for a new Google Workspace account with up to 5 users. Moving existing mail and larger teams are priced on your free call, because that depends on how many mailboxes you have and where they’re moving from. Google bills you separately for licenses, per user per month, and that account stays in your name.
Do I need my own domain name first?
You need one, but you don’t need it already. If you don’t own a domain, we help you register one during setup, in your name.
Will I lose my old email?
No. We copy your mail, contacts and calendars across before anything switches and check what arrived. Your old mailbox stays as it is until you’re happy with the new one.
Can you move us from Microsoft 365 or GoDaddy?
Yes, those are the two we see most. The process is the same: copy everything across, check it, then change your email records when you’re ready.
Will my email stop working during the move?
No. We plan the switch around how domain records update, so email keeps flowing throughout.
Who owns the Google Workspace admin account?
You do. We move the admin account into your name at handover, so you’re never locked out of your own email.
Do you manage Google Workspace afterward?
We set it up, train your team and hand it over. If you want us involved for ongoing changes, we can talk about that on the call.
Do you set up Google Workspace for businesses outside Cincinnati?
Yes. The whole setup runs remotely, so we work with small businesses anywhere in the U.S.
Can I see examples of your work?
Yes. Every project on our projects page is a real business with a live website, from house cleaning and painting to coffee, lending and home inspection.
